If you do not have a computer, do not go to Kinko’s and pay $25 an hour to use one. You can go to a local government office or sometimes a local non-profit organization that is contracted by the federal government to provide the job seeker with free help in resume writing, job interview techniques, or job searching on the internet. They will even let you use free computers to prepare your resume or search the web.
